Returns Policy
EXCHANGES, RETURNS
- Returns can be requested for exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.
- Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.
- Your item must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.
- Original tags, including Amira Fit tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.
- Items purchased through special promotions or Clearance are final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay in issuing your credit as it takes more time to locate the order.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Amira does not provide return shipping labels. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery
