EXCHANGES, RETURNS

Returns will be issued merchandise credit.
Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect and issue you an online credit. We do not offer money back refunds on returned items. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout.
Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.
Your item must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.
Original tags, including Amira Fit tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.
Items purchased through special promotions or Clearance are final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay in issuing your credit as it takes more time to locate the order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Amira does not provide return shipping labels. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery
