Warm-up (3 minutes)

  1. Jog in Place (or jump rope): 1 minute
  2. Arm Circles: 30 seconds each direction
  3. Leg Swings: 30 seconds each leg

Main Workout (15 minutes) - Cycle through the following exercises three times, performing each for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest.

  1. Burpees: A full-body exercise that boosts your heart rate.
  2. Jump Squats: Builds lower body strength and improves cardiovascular health.
  3. High Knees: Increases heart rate, improves coordination and flexibility of the leg muscles.
  4. Push-Ups: Strengthens the upper body and core. Modify by dropping to your knees if necessary.

Cool Down (2 minutes)

  1. Stretch - Forward Bend: 30 seconds
  2. Quad Stretch: 30 seconds each leg
  3. Shoulder Stretch: 30 seconds each arm
