Hello Amira Fit Family,

I'm thrilled to announce the launch of our very first Weekly Challenge starting tomorrow! We’re kicking things off with an invigorating Outdoor Walk/Run/Bike Challenge. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're an experienced athlete, this challenge is a fantastic opportunity to embrace the great outdoors while pursuing your fitness goals.


Why an Outdoor Challenge?

There’s something inherently refreshing and rejuvenating about being outdoors. It's not just about physical health; it's about clearing your mind, soaking in the fresh air, and enjoying the beauty of the natural world around us. Walking, running, and biking are more than just exercises; they are ways to connect with the environment and discover new paths and trails.


Join the Community

One of the best parts of this challenge is that you don’t have to do it alone. We’ve set up a dedicated Facebook group for all participants to connect, share experiences, and support one another. I’ll be active in the group throughout the week to provide tips, answer questions, and share some of my personal favorite routes. How to Participate

Getting involved is simple:

  1. Choose Your Activity: Decide whether you want to walk, run, or bike.
  2. Set Your Personal Goal: What do you want to achieve this week? You could aim for a total distance, a daily step count, or perhaps speed improvement.
  3. Join Our Facebook Group: Stay connected and motivated by joining our community online.
