Knowing your body shape and any self-conscious areas, can help you pick a style wisely. If you have shorter legs, choose tights that are high-waisted or have vertical stripes on the sides. These features will help make your legs look longer. 


Similarly, if you have a smaller bust, go with sports bras that are designed to be push-up. Go for colors and prints, not black as it will ‘slim’ your bust down. Look for bras that have removable pads (all of ours do) so you can insert your own that have more padding power! #hack

 

If you have a bum that you feel doesn’t look big or round, look for designs that accentuate the area. Try our “Coffee in the Morning set” that help round the buttocks and as mentioned before, or leggings from our Honeycomb collection with the scrunchie booty to add lift and shape. My personal favorite is to wear high-waisted pants combined with a loose crop top. Again, avoid black as it will ‘slim’ it down.
